Members of the message boards must be alumni or currently paid registrants of a Congressional Youth Leadership Council program. Registrations will not be granted for those individuals who have only received nominations. You must be a paid attendee of the program.

PLEASE ONLY REGISTER ONCE. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF REGISTERING!

Your e-mail address must be verified before your registration is approved. After you register, please respond immediately to the e-mail that you receive in order to verify your address. If an e-mail is not verified within 3 days, the account will be deleted.

Message Board Guidelines.

  1. Obscene or vulgar posting (including cursing) is forbidden
  2. Postings should not contain advertising or endorsements of any sort.
  3. Spamming or hacking into other participant's accounts (including ICQ, AIM, Yahoo messenger, etc.) will not be tolerated.
  4. Harassing community members will not be tolerated.
  5. Direct links to illegal or pirated software will be removed.
  6. Respect others and their opinions.

Non-compliance with these rules will result in one warning followed by account removal.

Please do not register if you haven't been accepted into a Congressional Youth Leadership Council program. If your registration has been sent in, please wait until we've processed it.

Please note that registrations will only be confirmed during working hours (M-F, 9-5 EST).
