i didnt get a packet either n im in the first session. i didnt even know we were supposed to get a packet, but i checked the website n they had everything there (at least i hope that was everything)

Yes, the bring on arrival day card should be posted there.

I would just so that you would make sure you had everything and that it was all organized and together.

Check the NYLC website. Log in under enrolled and go to where they have all acceptance materials. There will be a list of documents to download. All of those documents are in the packet, so if you don't have those then you don't have the packet.
