I know you're supposed to contact the office of Admissions about travel plans 3 weeks before but somehow I completely forgot! I just turned it in now but are there any major consequences?

I don't think there are any major consequences, however I would call them and find out if they received your information so you're not left at the airport waiting to be picked up.
