During any meeting, do we have to speak in front of people because I am not a public speaker wheather its a group or a bigger sized group.I'm just not good at it AT ALL
Well maybe you could use teh rest of your team (i don't think thats the rite word to use but o well) to help out and stuff but i doubt you have to speak the wholepresentation by yourself
Unless you're a major player in Model Congress, you won't have any LARGE speaking engagements in front of a large group of people. You may be required to speak in front of your LGM or MOCO groups, which consist of about 12-20 people.

You'll get over it - I don't ever speak in public but the day of the MoCo I spoke several times in front of the other 300 some odd people. I chose to do so, because I was really passionate about some of the ideas expressed. As shy as I am, I cannot let ideas stand unchallenged.
My best advice is to start off with some smaller speaker roles. Towards the beginning of your week at NYLC, start speaking in front of your LGM group. Then work your way up to bigger audiences, like during the testing the constitution simulation where you will work with three LGM groups, or contribute to the town council discussions, or speak at one of the MoCo committee hearings. This could help you to work up to speaking in front of your entire NYLC session either by asking a question to one of the speakers that you will listen to or by speaking during the MoCo. Take baby steps. Push yourself out of your comfort zone just a little bit. Oh, and if you aren't familiar with all of the activities I've mentioned, don't worry.

DONT WORRY. lots of kids came that were shy infront of other people. you dont HAVE to speak infront of anyone. you do what you want to do. when they do elections for model congress and such like that, then you have to talk infront of people but you dont even have to run if you dont want to

you could try imagining it as something you have done hundreds of times. I'm a competative vocalist so i imagine public speaking as one of my performances. you never know, it might work!
