What kind of lunch and evening meals are served at the 4-H center during the conference? Two entree choices?? Plenty of fresh fruit available? Skim milk available at all meals there?

Yes, there is skim milk as well as soy milk. There are a ton of beverages available, actually.

There is fresh fruit, there is a salad bar, and there are always more than two entrees. There is a pretty big selection of everything...

i actually stayed at the hilton in june of '08 but i went to the add on and stayed at the 4h center. they had way more choices than the hilton did, i would stay there over the hilton anyday! They also had a huge game room under the lobby, computers to so you could keep in touch with family! But I liked it!

for our lunch it says you have to pay and we were all ready to pay but i don't think we ever did. just bring like $20 every time you leave to go out incase you need to buy something or lunch.

the 4-h has a really nice food choice im a very picky eater and they offer many choices.
they have many beverages and meal choices.
you have a salad bar and fruit everywhere.
they have yogurt and eggs and cereal and juices and that kind of stuff for breakfast.
you also dont pay for reakfast its already payed for you bring money for the first and last day lunch t the airport or snacks at the airport!
my best way to describe the cafeteria t the 4-h is like a mini buffet alot of choices and as much as you like!!
also they have a nice gift shop at the 4-h with hoodies and nick-nackes(sp)!!

The rooms are pretty nice. I know that when we went the phones kept on saying there was a voice message on EVERYONES phones, but there wasent. It didnt effect the usage of the phones though, just an annoying little light sometimes. I would suggest not calling front desk for wake up call, becuase my room mates did that, and they werent very nice about that and didnt do it either. The food was really good, I liked it. People told me that the lesongna (sorry I cant spell right now) was bad, so just dont have that haha. Good Luck peopleSmile

Hey Ash!,
The hangout room is a game room in other words. They Don't have boards games or decks of cards but they have arcade games. Like air hockey for example. But the have vending machines too. It's so cool you'll love it there. I know I did!

that place is so cool. they have tons of stuff to do, and a beautiful campus. the food is really good, and they have a variety of things to choose from. i got kinda mad though cause the cafateria ladies couldn't understand my southern accent, so u can imagine the look on their faces when i said i wanted mashed potatoes. it was hilarious.
