Be yourself. No one likes a fake. Oh, and bring a bunch of casual clothes. For girls: jeans, brown pants, 'nice' t- shirts, and a white t shirt. White undergarments too. Trust me!

To be honest, you don't really get any free time, but it doesn't really matter, cause you are always having fun. Last summer, we had one day where it was 104 degrees, with 100% humidity. That was really miserable. Make sure to bring a refillable water bottle and sunglasses.

Bring a jacket, even if you go during the summer. It WILL get cold. Bring it with you in your bag that you keep all of your stuff in. It will come in handy. && be yourself, b/c life isnt long enough to be someone your not. :]] <3 ~miranda~

You don't have to wear one. I'd check the weather on the day of, so that you know wether or not you'd be cold.

You probably will on the sleepover wherever it is now! Lots of different places- and it will mainly depend on your schedule. For me it was port discovery last year. That was not very happy. Oh, and remember to label your luggage and make your stuff stand out! It will be easier to find your stuff if you have something that others may not have- maybe like a lanyard, huge luggage tag, etc. Hope this helps!

I hate to sound all pushy and OMG GIVEZ ME ATTENTION PLZZ, but I believe my list that I posted under "Packing List" in the forum will help, because then you can't forget. Smile Also, make friends the first day. I didn't, and I didn't make any until the second-to-last day and it was so boring. Have fun Big Grin

Me: Old lady! Double points!

Kristen: He died? I'm so confused!

Me: Where do you live?
Kenji: I don't knoww!! D:

Little known facts:
Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by John F. Kennedy, and is now only number 17 in the bus count on bus 4. He was, however, reincarnated into a finger puppet (which I own), which in turn assassinated JFK. Smile

lets see... ummm
better set more than one alarm clock...
don't have to worry about sleeping on cot because we would switch every night,
better bring a lot of water
bring extra memory cards or disposable cameras, youll be needing a lot of space for taking pictures,
bring maybe over $100 (gift shops)
wear really comfortable shoes...my roommates didn't and got blisters while i didn't...
anyone going to jr nylc in the summer 2008, and if u get a FA named abdulla, you'll have a great summer,,
don't bring out laser pointers (if u bought one) in front of FAs, they will confiscate it.
oh yeah!remember to be early to breakfast or dinners because you'll have to wait in a really long line...
for people who went in June 28- July 3, and was in communication 3... call Lauren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
