What type of pants can be used for relaxed professional? Khakis? Basically all I have are blue jeans and black dress pants. I really need to know so I can get an outfit or two.

Khaki's are definitely pushed for relaxed profesional. Slacks, dress pants, basically anything except jeans.

Okay, thanks.
What is a better bag to use to hold your stuff that you walk around with? A back pack, purse, or tote.
I was going to get a Vera Bradley hipster, but now I'm not for sure which would be better.

Do a backpack, because the journals pretty big and if you are going when it is snowing or cold you may need to carry some gear for that Smile

The journal is pretty much like a workbook.

Yes, you may use your cell phone during the trip. But, you may ONLY use it for taking pictures. You will be able to call, or text at night. Around 10:30p.m., Eastern Time. If you have any further questions let me know. Thanks! And, have a great trip! Smile

I went just last fall- October 18th-23rd, 2008. And NO they did not give us any bags. Only journals so if you need a bag (which I did- you carry ALOT of stuff) you'd best get a cute one from Target. Let me know if you have any other questions! Have a great trip!!

Well, if you know what a drawstring backpack is I would suggest on of those. They are very easy to use and fit well when you are packing. The journal is well, sorta heavy as there are about 130 pages. And, you read EVERY one of those pages. It goes fast. Try to meet people the first day at "Meet and Mingle" And, if you see Bobby the FA, tell him he is the best, because he is. I had him!!
