Dalelover- FA's or faculty advisors are sort of like camp consolers.Each FA has their own LFG,Leadership Focuse Group,which has about 10-15 kids.You meet with your LFG about twice a day for meetings and disscusions and they are the group you are with during trips.

Lilly-Yes you can take picture with your phone,just as long as your not on the phone.

Jessica- Roommates are totally random.You are already assigned roommates when you arrive.You get tour room number and key and LFG name when you check in,you will find out who is in your room when you get inside.

Hey Lilly. OMG you should be so excited about JrNYLC! I had a BLAST there! but yea, you CAN take a pic with your phone but your not suppose to actually use your phone during the conference. Like you can use it in the bus or something and at the housing place but not when your actually doing work. Hope I helped!

Well No, you can't control who is in your room or what room you get. Well when you get there and register you will get a room key and just go to that room with other ppl from all over the USA. But it really depends on a first come first serve basis. So, it's really just randomly. I hope i helped!

How a leader focus groups sorted? Is by your state? Or do they not just sort with a few other states and your own state?

The LFG (leader focus groups) are sorted randomly. There was no one else from my state, but there wasn't anyone from my state at the conference.

Dalelover-My names Brenna by the way....Get all of your friends numbers and email adresses!Try to make as many friends as you can,its one of the best parts of the conference.Bond with your room mates.My room mates and I had so much fun together,i miss them so much.Dont wake up too late or you'll miss breakfast and you will need your breakfast.But most importantly have fun.

How do they find you at the airport?

You email your or mail your flight information to the conference a few weeks ahead,then when you get off the plane there will be a Jr.NYLC staff member wearing a JR.NYLC shirt at your terminol.

It depends where you go.When I went I stayed at UMUC and we had two full beds with conforters and one cot with a desk a tv and a bathroom.

when i went to the 4H center, we had 2 sets of bunk beds. it was a small room for 4 people. some lucky people only had 3 total.
