I haven't been to the confrence yet but from all my other confrences, breakfast has started around 7 or 8 and you wake up before then whenever you want as long as you can get to breakfast in time.

You should wake up about 6:30. If you're staying at a hotel then I would highly recommend getting up earlier as to take a shower and do those sort of things
