Well, I received an email asking me to get 5 peers to fill out the survey for me, ones I have daily contact with. I moved to Texas in June, but I still don't have any friends here, and no one really talks to me.. if they do, it's asking me to hand them a pencil they dropped or whatever.

Is it okay if I get some of my old friends to do it?

Im pretty sure it will be okay! Im sending mine to people in long island, like my old friends, and stuff like that! I also am getting my parents to do it, theres two! And try to ask your sister's or brothers. i got nominated by my teacher maybe you could ask your teachers.
